I believe each client that steps into my office wants to live a more satisfied life but does not know how to access the tools they have within them. Because therapy is collaborative, clients dictate the pace and goals we set as we uncover more and more innate tools. The sense of achievement they gain empowers them to keep using the tools they build to face problems long after therapy ends.
I graduated with a B.S. in Psychobiology at UCLA. I then went on to receive my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University. I am now in the middle of my Doctorate of Psychology program at Alliant.
I am also pursuing my Play Therapy Certificate in order to become a Registered Play Therapist to effectively provide therapy to children and adolescents.
When I'm not studying or providing therapy, you can find me riding horses in Northern San Diego or baking my favorite cookies.
